Helping support teams connect with customers

I led content design for HubSpot’s customer service tools, establishing content strategy and terminology. I also drove the design for several key initiatives in building a new workspace for reactive support teams.

Designing omni-channel conversational interfaces

I worked with several clients at [24]7.ai to optimize their support experience with self-service interfaces. I designed chat and voice bots for travel, insurance, and banking clients.

Bringing voice control to smart home ecosystems

I designed Alexa and Google voice interfaces for Home Connect’s suite of connected household appliances. I led the voice user interface design and collaborated on product strategy, marketing, and localisation.
