Meet Sarah
I’m a designer with experience working on voice, graphic, and multi-modal user interfaces. I’ve worn many hats, but my speciality is untangling gnarly problems to make the complicated, clear.
I’m currently at HubSpot, designing feedback tools that help companies serve their customers better. Previously, I was the sole content designer for HubSpot’s Service Hub, where I contributed systems thinking, content strategy, and UX design to building a new customer support workspace.
I’ve also designed conversational chat and voice interfaces for smart homes, airlines, and hotels.
I’m a big-picture thinker and love seeing a project through from discovery to implementation and beyond. I excel at understanding and communicating complicated systems.
